5 Things you should NOT do to be happy

I will start with this quote, Albert Camus: “You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of.  You will never truly live if you are forever looking for the meaning of life.”

We are somewhat in the belief that we must do everything that is a way to discover and enjoy moments of happiness. But the truth is that to be happy, we need much less than we think we need. In fact, I think one of the best feeling comes when you realize that you can be perfectly fine and be happy without the things you thought when you need it. And that's exactly what this short article is about - things you do not need to be happy.

1.  A carefree, stress-free life:

Grand Challenges make life interesting, overcoming them makes life meaningful. Do not wait until everything is well, it will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what, Start now, At each step you take, you will grow stronger, more skilled, more secure and more successful.

Say: "I am determined to be happy in my life, despite my problems, i'll Put all my rage stories tales of glory I'll put all my tales of woe in fairy WOW" And no matter what happens, what best and enjoy what you learn. You can not enjoy your life if you do not like challenges, so be happy.

2.  Full control of life’s constant changes:

Life is constantly changing and we are changing with it. We're not the same person we were a year ago, a month ago, or a week ago. The life cycle does not stop. Change is what it is. But every end is the beginning of something else. Every exit is an entry somewhere else. Living, learning and letting go. Do not let yourself get down with the changes that can not be controlled.

Although there are forces beyond your control, you can control how you react to things. The life of each has positive and negative aspects - whether you are happy or not depends largely on which aspects you focus on. The best thing to do is let go of what you can not control, and invest your energy in the things you can. Live Simply, Love Generously, tell the truth, take a deep breath, do your best and leave the rest to the powers above you, and be happy.

3. A perfect past:

Do not let the shadows of your past darken the door of their present and future. Let go, forgive and move on. The fact that the past is not going as expected, does not mean that their future can not be better than  imagined. In fact, often we become stronger in broken places once. Because it is not until you're broken for a while you really learn what they do inside. And this idea gives you the opportunity to rebuild it stronger than ever.

Most of the time the only difference between the long run, happiness and despair in the long term is not quit on yourself. As you breathe, it's never too late. Today is a new beginning, be happy.

4.  Everyone’s approval:

The largest prison probably never live in fear of what others think.

You can not let other people tell you who you are or what you want. You have to decide for yourself. When making important decisions, remember, what you think of yourself and your life is more important than what people think of you. Do not let others make you feel guilty to live your life. This is your life. As long as you do not hurt someone else, live their own way, and be happy.

Achievement and success in life lies in your ability to use your mind to achieve your goals, dreams and desires. Allow plenty of time for yourself, without outside interference. You deserve it.

5.  Ideal circumstances:

The happiest people do not live with a certain set of circumstances, but rather with a certain set of attitudes. Choose to be happy, positive and grateful for what you have now will determine how you will live the rest of your life. So look for something positive today. Even if you have to look a little more normal, which still exists.

Ultimately, your greatest achievements are moments in time when you do, you can see how wonderful your life already.
