Can You really be happy and have fun all the time ?

Well, since nothing in life is perfect, and nothing is 100%, the answer would be no. However, you can be happy most of the time and enjoy your life every day. There really is no big secret to it, i will share with you some simple tips on how to achieve it.

Favorable being happy to be healthy physically and emotionally. It helps you to deal with the pressures of life, you become optimistic, confident, and flexible. Others will see it in you, and when you share your joy and positive attitude with them , you can lighten only burdens them and help them become more positive.

The most important thing to be happy and have more fun time is to believe that life is wonderful , and you're here to enjoy it. Everything you think it is true for you and your beliefs helps create reality. Yes , you will experience low moments in life, but if you have this positive attitude, and these moments are rare, and when they come you will know exactly what to do to be happy again as soon as possible .


Here are some tips to help you enjoy your life the way you are supposed to be .When you wake up every morning to tell you that you will enjoy the day no matter what. We expect good things to happen throughout the day.

Do you have the attitude of gratitude . Just look for things to be thankful and grateful and you will find many. Driver of the bus that will take you safely to your work, and a delicious meal with your friends, and the postman who delivers mail, and beautiful flowers in your garden, and even stranger that you smile at the grocery store .

Avoid the news. Yes, you read that right. It is well known that the news lift the negative things that can add stress in your life : wars , disasters , crime , disease and poor economy, you name it. You do not need to feed you with them. Just watch and listen and read the things that make you happy, laugh, calm or dynamic. And if there is something important enough to know to bring to your attention one way or another .

Be kind and helpful to others in any way possible. Opening the door for someone behind you, pick up a bottle or an empty bottle from the ground and put it in the trash, the stranger who smiles to others to brighten their day. When you do these simple things you automatically feel good and be happy.

Release your inhibitions. As long as you do not break the law, do not be afraid to be yourself, act stupid, or do the things that give you a rush. Laughing and laughing like a little girl walking in the rain without an umbrella or a raincoat and get all wet, take a walk around the neighborhood in his bare feet, and jump into the pool, swim midnight. You must use common sense, but do not worry about what other people think of you.
