What do you think about the following solutions?

Bhagvad Gita, How to be happy

Everyone wants to be happy, content and satisfied. But, how?

In our modern world, happiness often seems very difficult to find, which is ironic, because in many ways, with all the features you have, life is much easier than it was just fifty years there.

The ancient scriptures of the East have been studied and integrated into the lives of millions of people around the world. They were the basis for countless happy and contented lives. So what 's the secret? How is it that these people, many of them without the luxuries that we take for granted, has found true happiness while living the most simple life, often the poorest in terms?

The secret is that these people lived their lives following the instructions and teachings of the Bhagavad Gita.

The Bhagavad Gita describes us all to have the lower self and the higher self. The lower self is selfish , giving us our limited perspective, what separates us and disconnected from the rest of the world feel, and unhappy.

The higher self is kind, compassionate and loving. When it is dominant, we can be happy , and live in peace .

Identifying ourselves as separate and disconnected causes huge problems .

Wherever there is a sense of separation and disconnection , there is always a tendency to manipulate others , take advantage of them for our own benefit , and cause misfortune not only us, but also to those who share our world. It is much harder to be happy and fulfilled .

Some people feel the separation so keenly . They can operate without the need to consider others . Most of us are not so lucky . When the sense of separation is much larger, can cause loneliness , jealousy , depression , anger , resentment , regret , greed , frustration .

All these elements can feed each other , causing a boiling cauldron to explode at any time.
The higher self is the altruistic side , the part of us that loves unconditionally , who wants to give and serve others , they want to feed and care for nothing else , the team that appreciates beauty , art , music . This is the part that tries to evolve and develop , to realize our potential. This is the side that you can be happy and satisfied.

When we cultivate this part of ourselves , we can be really happy. Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita are wonderful writings. They can guide all those seeking true happiness , the source, the inner place where we can be happy forever.

Seek and you shall find !

Here , to be happy , we have collected a lot of ideas on how to live happier, more fulfilling life . How can we feel more relaxed ? How can we cope with depression ? What is meditation? How can we eliminate stress ? How can we rest? How to deal with difficult relationships ? We wish you health and happiness.
